Overnight Reservations
Cabins, Lodges, Group Camps and Campsites
Overnight reservations may be made for cabins, lodges, group camps and campsites ONLINE or by calling the Call Center at 1-833-609-0686. A $4.5 non-refundable fee will be assessed on each reservation transaction made online, via phone, or as a walk-in. An advance deposit of a single night's stay is required for each facility reserved in advance and must be received within ten days of the date of the request or the reservation will be canceled. Deposits will be applied to the first night's or day's use. For reservations made 10 to 13 months prior to the arrival date, the entire reservation balance must be received within 30 days of the date of the request.
Cancellation of reservations made 10 to 13 months prior to arrival will result in a one-day's rental charge for each facility reserved. Cancellation fees, for each facility reserved within the 9-month window, are $10 for reservations canceled 15 days or more prior to arrival, and a one-day's rental within 14 days of arrival. A change in dates or a change in parks will be treated as a cancellation and a new reservation must be made. There is no fee to transfer from site to site within a park.
Payment may be made by cash, Discover, Mastercard, VISA, in-state personal check or money order. If the reservation is made within 14 days or less of the usage date, payment will be made by credit card only. For reservation inquiries, changes, transfers, or cancellations, call the Call Center at 1-833-609-0686.
For cabins, lodges, group camps, campsites and group camping areas, the minimum reservation period for a weekend is two nights.
The maximum stay for cabins, lodges, group camps and campsites is 15 consecutive days. Long-term stays are available at select parks, at the manager's discretion. Contact the park directly, to inquire about long-term stays.
The normal campsite rate (less applicable discounts) will be charged for each site rented. A camper or cabin user reserving multiple sites or cabins must pay a deposit for each site reserved. Applicable discounts apply to the campsite rate but do not apply to the reservation fee. The deposit will be applied to the first night's use.
