Lake Bistineau State Park - Lake Bistineau Drawdown

The Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries (LDWF) scheduled a drawdown of Lake Bistineau beginning Monday, July 29, 2024 for the purpose of reducing further expansion of giant salvinia. Lake Bistineau State Park boat launch and boat rentals will close for the drawdown period starting on July 29, 2024. Read the full notice HERE.
