RFP - RV Campground at Fontainebleau State Park
Pursuant to this Request for Proposals, the Louisiana Department of Culture, Recreation and Tourism (DCRT) invites qualified proposers to submit proposals for the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of a high-quality recreational vehicle (“RV”) campground and related amenities within Fontainebleau State Park (“Project”). The public purpose and goal of the Project is to provide high-quality outdoor recreation amenities to the public in accordance with the mission and governmental purposes of the DCRT, through a private provider under a long-term, revenue-sharing agreement that will be negotiated and let in accordance with La. R.S. 36:204(B)(9)(b) and other applicable laws.
