Sugarcane to Cane Sugar

Come to Longfellow-Evangeline's Interpretive Center during the month of September to see a display and watch an informative video regarding one of Louisiana's oldest cash crops, sugarcane. Learn how sugar was planted, harvested and granulated in the past as well as in modern times.
