Sugar Cane to Cane Syrup Demonstration

Join us for a full day event at Longfellow-Evangeline State Historic Site, which begins with harvesting sugarcane and ends with sampling some homemade syrup.  The event is set for Saturday, Nov. 13 from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. Normal site admission fees apply.
