OPEN HEARTH COOKING DEMONSTRATION

December 28th Open Hearth Cooking Noon-3 PM Explore open hearth cooking in the early 1800's at Audubon State Historic Site. Costumed interpreters will be using period techniques, equipment, and recipes to demonstrate just how much effort it took to create the meals of yesterday.
