Open Hearth Cooking Demonstration

April 16th Open Hearth Cooking Demonstration, 10 AM-3 PM
Explore open hearth cooking in the early 1800's at Audubon State Historic Site. Costumed demonstrators will be using period techniques, equipment, and recipes to show the visitors just how much effort it took to create the meals of yesterday.
