Nature Walk with Ranger

Abbeville, La- Come enjoy a guided Nature walk with our Ranger! Come explore some of the unique flora and fauna unique to Palmetto Island State Park. Enjoy listening to the history and uses of certain plants and wildlife that may be observed during the walk. Participants will meet up at our Nature Center at 12:00PM for a brief discussion prior to the start of the walk. Please be advised this program is weather permitting and please wear appropriate clothing and footwear. Participants are encouraged to wear sunscreen and insect repellant. This walk may take from one and a half to two hours depending on the pace of the group.
