Meat Preservation: A Homesteading Class

Join us at Longfellow Evangeline SHS to talk about Meat Preservation as. Learn traditional homesteading methods for preserving meat through pickling, canning, and smoking. This hands-on program will share time-tested techniques for safely preserving food and keeping these historic skills alive for future generations.
