Introduction to Birding and Bird Watching

Join a park ranger on this Earth Day celebration as we introduce you to the wonderful world of birding! This program is designed to introduce the world of birding to new audiences, novice birders, or anyone with an interest in the outdoors. We will discuss the equipment, techniques, and codes of conduct of birding. We will apply these skills on our morning bird walk. We have a few sets of binoculars to loan out. No previous experience required. Distance: Approximately 2.0 miles.
