HOMESTEAD ARTS: EDUCATION IN THE 1800S

Guests are invited to learn about learning in the 1800s.  After the Fort closed, the grounds at Fort Jesup became the Fort Jesup Masonic Teaching Institute which opened its doors in 1870.
