The staff at Fort St. Jean Baptiste invites everyone interested in tasting 18th century candies and learning the process of candle making to join us Saturday, February 11th from 10am until 12pm. Weather permitting and while supplies last, we will make candies from scratch for visitors to taste and candles for anyone interested to make and take home!
