ACADIANA'S LOUISIANA IRIS FESTIVAL OUTREACH BOOTH

Palmetto Island State Park will be hosting an informational booth at the FREE Acadiana Native Iris Festival on March 28 from 9:00 AM-3:00 PM at New Iberia City Park (300 Parkview Drive, New Iberia). The booth will have information on the Abbeville Red Iris and the restoration project taking place at Palmetto Island State Park, an effort to protect and reestablish one of Louisiana's rare native irises in its natural wetland habitat.
