A REVOLUTIONARY WAR LIVING HISTORY AND REENACTMENT
Visitors are invited to take a step back into the past at the October 26th and 27th Annual Revolutionary War Reenactment and Living History at Audubon State Historic Site in Historic St. Francisville, La. Each year the park commemorates the sights and sounds of the American Revolution in Louisiana including the 1779 Battle of Baton Rouge. This year is the first of our events leading up to the 2026 250th Anniversary of the Declaration of Independence.
Beginning at 10 AM each day there will be costumed reenactors recreating the life and times of the American Revolution with musket and cannon firing demonstrations, medical demonstrations, blacksmithing, a battle each day, and more
