1810 West Florida Independence Living History

On this day we remember the year 1810 at Oakley and the West Florida Rebellion. This rebellion created it's own brief independent Republic that extended from Baton Rouge to the borders of present day Alabama. we will have talks on the rebellion, demonstrations of cannons and rifles firing, uniform talks and more. The program is included in the usual $5.00 grounds fee.
