14th Annual Pork in the Park

Join us on Saturday, November 14, 2026, at Palmetto Island State Park for the 14th Annual Pork in the Park! Enjoy a day of delicious food, Dutch oven cooking demonstrations, and live music! The Latanier Cookers will kick things off at 9:00 AM with cooking demonstrations, followed by a traditional Cochon de Lait sponsored by the Friends of Palmetto Island State Park. Food tasting begins at noon! Enjoy entertainment by DJ Justin Cormier and A Cajun Band. Bring your chairs, beverages, and appetite for a fun-filled day of great food, music, and Cajun hospitality!
