Campfire Cooking

Join us on the second Saturday of every month at Longfellow Evangeline for Campfire Cooking, featuring classic and contemporary dishes common to south Louisiana from the 18th century to today. Demonstrations will include techniques and methods of preparing dishes over campfires or open hearths, as well as samples provided to the public. 10:00 am to 12:00 pm, the second Saturday of every month.
