A Day at Locust Grove Cemetery

The 1800's cemetery includes the graves of Sarah Knox Taylor, the first wife of Jefferson Davis and daughter of President Zachary Taylor, as well as Major General Eleazar Ripley , a hero of the War of 1812. Please remember the site is only the cemetery. It has no facilities of any sort and no staff on duty. Access is free.
