BATTLE FOR THE PADDLE

In cooperation with our Friend's Group, our site is hosting Battle for the Paddle! A fabulous competition at the forts for a grand prize! Competitors are welcomes at 9AM to begin cooking in their cast irons with tasting and judging for Noon.

Please note we have a 2-gallons' worth of food minimum per competitor and that vegetables are allowed to be pre-cut, rice is allowed to be pre-cooked, and meats are allowed to be marinated before the competition. There will be a set of judges for our 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners alongside a People's Choice winner from visitor voting. Don't miss out!
